How we got here
Mindshine started in 2014. The founders had spent years inside enterprise software projects that failed in the same ways: scope that crept because nobody pushed back, communication that looked like agility but was just confusion, technical debt that got handed to the next team.
The idea was simple: take fewer projects, do them properly, tell clients the truth about what's realistic. That got us a reputation for actually delivering. Referrals did the rest.
Along the way we built Flow — our internal AI development platform. It runs under every project we deliver and is the main reason we can move faster than a traditional dev shop without cutting corners.
We're remote, we work with clients worldwide, and we still turn down more projects than we take. Not because we're trying to seem exclusive — because the only projects worth doing are ones we can do well.
